Hour-long strength-based class that utilizes predominantly hand weights. This class will combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT), straight-weight sets, and function strength elements. Each class will focus on full-body mobility and end with a strong core-focused section, cool-down, and stretch. Open to all fitness levels!
